- Masks are required in Branson Convention Center per Branson’s mask mandate. Masks and gloves will be provided, if needed.
- The temperature of each guest will be taken as they enter the Convention Center.
- Maintain distances of 6 feet apart with those not in your circle.
- Floor graphics will be applied in certain areas indicating safe distancing.
- Branson Convention Center doors will be propped open during busy times to limit the need to touch door handles.
- Outdoor signage will ask people to stop and not enter if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
- Sanitizing stations with hand sanitizer will be placed throughout. Sanitizing wipes will be placed in areas where needed.
- Branson Convention Center follows Venue Shield™ cleaning protocols.
- Traffic flow indicators will be clearly marked to keep people moving forward with physical distancing reminders. MCHF encourages everyone to enter through the main first floor lobby.
- Capacity per room will be reduced to adhere to distancing guidelines.
- Teams will shoot in the same flight to keep circles together. Range officials will score, archer will verify. Archers will not handle score cards.
- No Coaches’ Check In because score cards will be handled by range officials and coaches will learn target assignments ahead of tournament. To reduce contact, MCHF requires tournament registration payment online or by check ahead of the tournament. We will not accept tournament registration payment at the tournament. MCHF will have a Coaches’ Information booth.
- Two archers to a target if they are on the same team/from same school. Archers are recommended to wear a mask when shooting.
- Flights will be 1 hour and 10 minutes long instead of 1 hour to allow time for line judges to score and for crowd change over.
- No marked staging areas.
- No bleachers. Groupings of spectator chairs will be spaced 6’ apart.
- No in-person awards ceremony. A virtual awards ceremony will be held Saturday, March 20 at 7 p.m. on MDC’s Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/moconservation.
- Vendors will be spaced appropriately.
- Admission areas will have plexiglass shields.
- Activity areas will be sanitized after use per Bass Pro’s COVID protocols.
