Birds of Lake Yahoa Book

A MCHF contribution of $8,775, made possible by an anonymous donor, helped fund an illustrated, bilingual guide book to the birds of Lake Yahoa in Honduras. No guide book to this biologically diverse area existed; with this guide, area conservationists can help draw avitourism, which helps provide funds to encourage protection of bird habitat--habitat that Neotropical migratory birds that breed in Missouri need for wintering.
