MCHF provided funds for supplies for Bennett Spring Kids Fishing.

Bennett Spring Kids Fishing Day

MCHF Partnership Grant. The annual Bennett Spring Kid’s Fishing Day is a community based program designed to involve youth in the outdoors. The event is held in early May and is supported by local businesses and several conservation groups. The average, 800-900 kids attend the annual event.

MO Girls Discover Nature – Southwest 2013

This camp is for young girls between the ages of 11-15. During the camp, conservation agents introduce the girls to different types of outdoor recreation, such as fishing, archery, orienteering, canoeing and wildlife identification.
