Outdoor Classroom Program

This funding helps with the establishment of outdoor classrooms at schools across Missouri.

Side Imagining Sonar

Side imagine sonar is used for wildlife law enforcement along the lower Mississippi River to protect sturgeon, paddlefish and turtles, and will also be used statewide for law enforcement of other protected aquatic species.

2010 Macon Family Outdoor Fun Day

An MCHF Conservation Partnership Grant provided funding for the 2010 Macon Family Outdoor Fun Day, a day-long event with 25 to 30 outdoor skills activities. Other partners included Delta Waterfowl, Macon National Wild Turkey Federation, Macon Whitetail, and Macon Quail Forever.

Arborist Training

An MCHF Conservation Partnership grant helped fund 10 scholarships for arborists to attend the Midwestern Chapter/International Society of Arboriculture in Columbia in 2010.

Missouri Outdoor Classroom Program

MCHF funds used for the statewide outdoor classroom program.
