MCHF Funds $25,850 in Partnership Grants

MCHF Board met on August 17-18 at Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area in Columbia, MO. . The following grants were approved by the Board, which cover a variety of projects around the state: Restoration of Pleasant Run Creek Prairie – $2,500; Cooley Lake Managed Waterfowl Hunt – $3,500; Perry County Community Lake Trail Boardwalk – $2,000; Shoal Creek Water Festival – $2,000; Ozark Regional Land Trust, Rader Tract – $5,000; 2015 National Park Service Big Spring Wounded Warrior Mobility Impaired Managed Deer Hunt – $2,000; 6th Annual Wounded Warriors in Action Ducks and Bucks Hunt – $1,500; Discover Nature Women’s Rabbit Hunting Clinic at Duck Creek Conservation Area – $500; Youth Turkey Hunt – $1,000; 7th Annual Peterson Outdoors Wounded Warrior Deer Hunt – $850; MONASP Springfield/Greene County Parks Archery Program – $5,000. See additional details for each project.
