The 5-day program is hosted by several organizations including the Missouri Department of Conservation, Trailnet, and Illinois Department of Natural Resources. The program reaches over 7,000 individuals per year and gives citizens a unique view of one of the largest populations of wintering bald eagles in the country. The Foundation and private donors often provide funding for this popular event.
