This project is along Rogers Creek (Stegall Mountain Natural Area), which is within Peck Ranch and within the Elk Restoration Zone (ERZ). Removing invasive species from natural areas is a very high priority, but this project is also highest priority for the Department of Conservation right now, because it is in the ERZ.
