This camp will be held at the SEMO Youth Camp in Wappapello, MO. The girls will arrive on Tuesday, July 15 and will be picked up on Thursday, July 17th.
The Discover Nature Girls Camp is a free, two-day girls camp held by the Missouri Department of Conservation. This camp is introduces girls ages 11-15 to different outdoor skills. This camp gives them a supportive, learning environment to actively participate in “hands-on” outdoor skills. These activities will be led by experts in their field, which allow the participants to leave with the confidence to explore Missouri’s diverse nature on their own. The girls will be Hunter Education Certified after the camp so they may continue using their newly learned skills.

Water Safety/Canoeing, Rifle Shooting , Geocaching/GPS, Camp Cooking, Archery, Tree Stand Safety, Safety Trail, Firearm Safety, Hunter Education, Canoeing, Fish ID, Fishing Equipment, Conservation Management and Ethics, Fishing, Campfire Building, Wildlife ID and Game Care
