Shoal Creek Livestock Exclusion and Permanent Protective Easement

Stream Stewardship Trust Fund dollars were allocated to this project to exclude livestock from Shoal Creek and also pay for a permanent protective easement for a 180-ft width of vegetated riparian corridor along this Ozark stream.

Low Water Crossing Replacement

Stream Stewardship Trust Fund dollars were applied to this project to replace a low-water crossing on Mahans Creek with an at-grade, armored stream crossing utilizing concrete matresses. Partner funds ($4,800-in-kind labor and $2,200 base rock) from the Shannon County Commission. Read more

Provided funding for canebrake restoration and other conservation management work in the Ozarks.

Columbia Bottom Conservation Area

Provided funding for Columbia Bottom Conservation Area.

Linscomb Conservation Area Land Acquisition
