Platte Falls Conservation Area Pond Renovations

MCHF funds used to renovate Platte Falls Conservation Area’s fishing clinic ponds for aquatic education use (Platte County).

Aquatic Education Fish Models

MCHF provided to purchase fiberglass fish models to improve aquatic education at the new Boy Scout Aquatics Center at Camp Geiger in Andrew County.

Monofilament Recovery and Recycling Materials

MCHF used to purchase materials for the production of monofilament recovery and recycling bins. A sheltered workshop constructed 150 bins placed statewide by Stream Team volunteers and Missouri Department of Conservation employees.

Capps Creek Conservation Area ADA access

MCHF funds used to provide ADA access to Capps Creek Conservation Area’s Kid’s Fishing Pond in Newton County.

James River to Lake Springfield Water Trail

MCHF funds used to create a 4.8 mile water trail from Missouri Department of Conservation Crighton Access on the James River to Lake Springfield with two take-out points.
