Dade County Warm Season Grass Drill

MCHF funds provided to purchase native warm-season grass drill with the Dade County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Busiek State Forest Footbridge

Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation funds in the amount of $10,000 were provided to construct a footbridge at Busiek State Forest and Wildlife Area in Christian County to protect a riparian area.

Wildlife Management Specialist Support

MCHF funds used to provide funds in support of wildlife management specialist to promote Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) in Cass and surrounding counties.

LAD Foundation Reimbursement

Stream Stewardship Trust funds in the amount of $7,500 were used to reimburse the LAD Foundation for its purchase of approximately 40 acres of riparian habitat and stream reach in Perry County, adjacent to Ball Mill Resergence Natural Area, which is currently managed by MDC’s Forestry Division.
