Every year, generous hunters donate venison through Missouri’s Share the Harvest program, providing nutritious, locally sourced protein to help feed families facing hunger.
Community Funds are being created to strengthen local programs by investing in the resources needed to increase venison donations and feed more families at the community level.
Funds raised in counties stay in counties and may be used to:
- Eliminate hunter donation fees
- Support participating processors
- Provide refrigerated trailers and equipment
- Support other local initiatives that increase venison donations
Every investment helps remove barriers to deer donation and strengthens Share the Harvest right here in our community. Your support helps local hunters donate more venison, supports local processors, and provides nutritious meals for neighbors in need.
